1. Đầu thanh bên có bốn khu: Lịch, Kho, Ghi chú, Chụp & Ghi - bấm để chuyển, hoặc Ctrl + 1…4 theo thứ tự trên hàng.
2. Thanh bên có mục ghim và thư mục của khu đang mở - bấm một thư mục để lọc.
3. Ô tìm ở đầu thanh bên: gõ là lọc ngay trong khu đang mở.
4. Nút ? ở góc phải trên mở đúng mục hướng dẫn của màn đang xem (có cả ở Cài đặt, sửa ảnh, nghe ghi âm).
5. Cài đặt ở đáy thanh bên › Phím tắt: xem và đổi các phím tắt dùng ở mọi nơi.

1. Four areas sit at the top of the sidebar: Calendar, Library, Notes, Captures - click to switch, or press Ctrl + 1…4 in that order.
2. The sidebar shows the pinned items and folders of the current area - click a folder to filter.
3. The search box at the top of the sidebar filters the current area as you type.
4. The ? button at the top right opens the guide for the screen you're on (also in Settings, the image editor and the audio player).
5. Settings at the bottom of the sidebar › Shortcuts: see and change the shortcuts that work anywhere.

1. Mở DROP › Chụp & Ghi, bấm Chụp vùng - hoặc nhấn phím tắt từ bất cứ đâu.
2. Kéo quanh vùng cần chụp rồi thả chuột. Nhấn Space để chụp cả một cửa sổ, Esc để huỷ.
3. Ảnh tự lưu vào Chụp & Ghi. Ảnh nhỏ hiện ở góc màn hình: bấm để mở sửa, hoặc kéo thẳng vào chat, email.
4. Trong cửa sổ sửa ảnh: Mũi tên, Chữ, Bút… rồi Sao chép để dán đi, hoặc Lưu để giữ nét vẽ (vẫn sửa lại được).
5. Khung thêm nền, lề, bóng đổ, tiêu đề - xem thử thoải mái; lưu ảnh có khung cần ✦ Premium.

1. Open DROP › Captures and click Capture region - or press the shortcut from anywhere.
2. Drag around the area and release. Press Space to capture a whole window, Esc to cancel.
3. The image is saved to Captures. A thumbnail shows up in the corner: click it to annotate, or drag it straight into a chat or email.
4. In the editor: Arrow, Text, Pen… then Copy to paste it anywhere, or Save to keep your marks (still editable).
5. Frame adds a background, padding, shadow and a title - try them all; saving a framed image needs ✦ Premium.

1. Bấm Chụp chữ ở Chụp & Ghi - hoặc nhấn phím tắt ở bất cứ đâu (có cả trong menu biểu tượng DROP ở khay hệ thống).
2. Kéo quanh chữ cần lấy rồi thả chuột. Nhấn Space để lấy chữ trong cả một cửa sổ, Esc để huỷ.
3. DROP đọc chữ ngay trên máy, không gửi đi đâu. Thẻ nhỏ dưới vùng khoanh hiện "Đọc được N dòng" và vài dòng đầu.
4. Bấm Sao chép - bước này cần ✦ Premium. Chưa có thì hộp mời hiện ra: xem các gói (mua xong là chữ được chép luôn) hoặc dùng mã quà tặng.
5. Có Premium: thả chuột là chữ đã được sao chép - dán (Ctrl + V) vào ghi chú, chat, email.

2. Drag around the text you need and release. Press Space to take the text of a whole window, Esc to cancel.
3. DROP reads the text on your PC - nothing is uploaded. A small card under the box shows "Read N lines" and the first few.
4. Click Copy - this step needs ✦ Premium. Without it, an invitation opens: see the plans (once you buy, the text is copied right away) or use a gift code.
5. With Premium: release the mouse and the text is already copied - paste it (Ctrl + V) into a note, chat or email.

2. Trên thanh ở đáy màn hình: Âm thanh (Mic là giọng bạn, Máy là tiếng máy đang phát), Camera (bong bóng webcam ở góc, kéo đi đâu cũng được), Hướng dẫn ▾ (con trỏ, cú bấm, phím đã bấm, tự phóng to), Chất lượng.
3. Bấm Quay (hoặc Enter), đếm ngược 3 giây rồi bắt đầu. Viền đỏ và thanh điều khiển không lọt vào video.
4. Xong bấm Dừng - hoặc nhấn lại phím tắt. Video tự lưu vào Chụp & Ghi; bấm ảnh nhỏ ở góc để mở màn sửa video.
5. Màn sửa video: kéo hai đầu dải để cắt, Tách / Bỏ đoạn, đoạn tự phóng to tạo sẵn theo cú bấm, Thêm chữ, rồi Lưu - bản gốc luôn được giữ. Có cả Nén lại… và Xuất GIF.

2. On the bar at the bottom of the screen: Audio (Mic is your voice, System is what your PC is playing), Camera (a webcam bubble in the corner you can drag anywhere), Guides ▾ (cursor, clicks, keys pressed, auto zoom) and Quality.
3. Click Record (or press Enter) - a 3-second countdown, then it starts. The red border and the control bar don't show up in the video.
4. When you're done, click Stop - or press the shortcut again. The video is saved to Captures; click the thumbnail in the corner to open the editor.
5. In the editor: drag either end of the strip to trim, Split / Remove clip, auto zoom pieces made from your clicks, Add text, then Save - the original is always kept. There's also Compress… and Export GIF.

3. Đang ghi, tới đoạn quan trọng thì bấm Đánh dấu trên thanh ghi âm (hoặc phím tắt), đặt tên nếu muốn.
4. Xong bấm Dừng - hoặc nhấn lại phím tắt Ghi âm. File nằm trong Chụp & Ghi.
5. Bấm Nghe, đánh dấu…: hai làn Bạn / Người khác (bấm tên làn để tắt / bật), Bỏ khoảng lặng, tốc độ 1× - 2×, tab Đánh dấu để nhảy tới đúng đoạn.

3. While recording, click Mark on the recording bar (or press the shortcut) at important moments, and name the marker if you like.
4. When you're done, click Stop - or press the Record audio shortcut again. The file is in Captures.
5. Click Listen, add markers…: two lanes, You / Others (click a lane name to mute it), Skip silence, speed 1× - 2×, and the Markers tab to jump straight to a moment.

1. (Không bắt buộc) chọn bộ giọng nói ở Cài đặt › Ghi âm: Nhanh (mặc định, hợp laptop) hay Chính xác (đúng hơn, chậm hơn).
2. Mở một ghi âm, tab Lời nói, bấm Chuyển thành chữ. Lần đầu tải bộ giọng nói một lần (Nhanh 181 MB, Chính xác 547 MB) - sau đó không cần mạng.
3. Chữ hiện dần kèm giờ và người nói. Đóng cửa sổ vẫn chuyển tiếp, xong có thông báo.
4. Bấm một câu để nghe đúng đoạn đó; bấm đúp để sửa chữ, Enter để lưu.
5. Sao chép chữ, Tạo ghi chú ▾ (Biên bản họp hay mẫu khác), hoặc Nhờ AI agent… để tóm tắt, làm biên bản, liệt kê việc cần làm.

1. (Optional) pick a speech model in Settings › Audio recording: Fast (default, fine for laptops) or Accurate (better, slower).
2. Open a recording, Transcript tab, click Turn into text. The first time, the model downloads once (Fast 181 MB, Accurate 547 MB) - no internet needed after that.
3. Text appears as it goes, with times and speakers. Close the window and it keeps going; you get a notification when it's done.
4. Click a line to hear exactly that part; double-click to fix a word, Enter to save.
5. Copy text, Create note ▾ (Meeting notes or another template), or Ask an AI agent… for a summary, minutes or to-dos.
